The forces of political divisiveness have strained the population to the brink of civil war. Powerful Congress members privately plot to gain complete control of the population and force their agendas without the resistance of citizens or the rest of the Government. These Congress members secretly order the deployment of a deadly bio-weapon with the goal of instilling fear, pacifying, and exterminating large sects of the population into obedience. They disguise the virus as an act of God.

Not knowing that the virus is man-made, the natural reaction of the people is to call for larger Government to contain the crisis. These Congressional members leverage the crisis as a way to dissolve the rest of the Government and assume complete control. Constitutional freedoms are usurped, and the new Government is dubbed The High Order. Those who question, disobey, or dissent are quickly eliminated. Cities and metropolises become detention centers.

This introductory track captures the ensuing chaos as the Government indiscriminately culls its own population by way of force and a calamitous viral infection.
